Account Management

Waltham Services believes that customer satisfaction is the most important factor as to how well we are doing.  We will not leave it solely to the Technician to be the face of the company. 

Our Technician has a full team behind him.  You can expect calls from our Customer Service Representatives, in our office, to follow up your inquiry to be sure we fulfilled your need.  We will also call you just to find out your perception of current service and any needs you may wish to express.

Many of you know our Managers who support technicians both in the field and via telecom.  Their expertise we make available to you.  Periodically they visit customers to audit our work and meet with you.  Certainly they are on call, at your service.

Our Quality Control team is distinct from service.  They look at service from a more global position.  But they will assist you as well.  This team is made up of Entomologists, Trainers and Service Management.  They are strong customer relations advocates as well, and can and will assist service when such need arises.

We will account manage to support customer service in programmed ways on out to a call from you with a small request, or call for special help.  Customer meetings, service audits, problem solving, and service follow up are all measurable activities we use to maintain higher level of uniform service quality.

Account Management is your assurance that we will provide smooth service and manage the most difficult service requirements.
