A: Brad Petty
Q: And what is your official title at Waltham Pest Services?
A: I’m a Regional Sales Manager.
Q: What are your responsibilities?
A: I am the commercial and residential sales manager for the Waltham brand. When fully staffed, we have a total of 19 sales reps (16 commercial and 3 residential).
Q: When did you start with Waltham?
A: I started in 2017.
Q: What do you love about your job?
A: I love working with our sales team to provide training and support. I also love to see our sales reps grow professionally and financially.
Q: How many years have you been working in the pest control industry?
A: 8 years now!
Q: What relevant positions did you hold before coming to Waltham?
A: I was a technician and commercial sales rep for a competitor prior to working for Waltham.
Q: Do you have any relevant certifications or specialties?
A: I have a certificate from Purdue University in Integrated Pest Management, I’m a licensed applicator in MA, and I have my quality pro and green pro certifications.
Q: Are you a member of any relevant organizations?
A: Personally no, but I do attend many networking events with our sales team for different associations where Waltham Pest Services is a member.
Q: What are your hobbies outside of work?
A: I enjoy playing golf, watching football, and spending time with my wife and son.
