An Award to Be Proud Of

We are so proud to have won the Pembroke Best of 2025 award! We’ve won other awards, but this one is near and dear to our hearts because of the criteria used and the fact that’s it’s so hyper-local to us. As one of the original pest control companies in New England, we live and work here too. So, keeping our friends and neighbors safe is a passion for us – rather than just a profession. It’s nice to be acknowledged for it.

This award is especially important to us because first and foremost, it takes into account customer reviews. When your customers are happy, then you’re definitely doing something right. While it’s nice to be recognized for our hard work, it’s more important to us that our customers have recognized us. Any company can claim they’re all about satisfaction. But how many can say they have proof their customers feel the same way? We can.

The award also considers the size of the business. It’s a good assumption if you have a larger business, you have more customers. More customer means more reviews. More reviews can mean more unhappy people, but it can also mean more happy people. You don’t win Pembroke Best without happy people being happy enough to write a review about it. Reviews are easy to write, but all too often, we get good service and walk away happy but forget about giving a 5-star review. Our customers are not only happy – they’re happy enough to remember to tell everyone about it. In light of this, we are encouraging everyone to write a review for a local business you’ve been happy with. Support local businesses. Tell them when they’ve done a great job. It means a lot.

In short: this award is so special to us because it’s a direct correlation to how happy our customers are – which is always our ultimate goal – and it’s in our backyard. We’re proud to dedicate this award to not only our happy customers, but our team that makes it all happen. Without them, there’s no award because without them, there are no happy customers. Our people are our biggest asset. We can’t thank them enough for this.
