Glenn Johnson Retires After 36 Years

After 36 years of dedicated service, Waltham Pest Services is proud to celebrate the retirement of Glenn Johnson, a longtime technician from our Pembroke branch. Since starting his journey back in 1990, Glenn has delivered a heroic impact through his dedication to protecting the local community and standing by his teammates. 

And we’d be remiss if we didn’t note that you don’t stay at the same company for 36 years unless you love it. That type of longevity proves that life at Waltham Pest Services feels more like a community than a company. Our strength is in our unity, our partnerships, and our teammates and Glenn’s many years of service goes to show you that we don’t just talk the talk. At Waltham Pest Services, all members of the team (or more accurately, the family) lead through our actions. And Glenn is no different. 

His commitment to protecting the homes and businesses in our community shows how our work is essential, and that success happens together through teamwork, trust, and supporting one another every day – because you can’t be your best self by yourself. He has made a lasting impact on teammates and customers alike! As Glenn wraps up his final week with the Waltham family, he is looking forward to spending more time with his family, but we hope he keeps in touch with his work family, too.
