CJ LeBlanc, Residential Technician at our Natick Branch, clearly made an impression on a homeowner during a recent visit. He made a personal connection with them and went above and beyond that particular day. Whatever he did, it must have really been remarkable for the homeowners to take time out of their day and write a personalized note to him.
